Morning, ms Morgan. Did you have a good sleep last night? Seeing as your a Lawyer, i will prolly have to be carefull how I phrase things here. But you know how I like the truth, so i will only touch on some general points here, but i will get down to specifics later.
Do you remember our First meeting in court, i believe it was July 4th, I specifically asked you if you where here for my children, And of course you had this blank look on your face, you didn't want to answer the question. And of course you wouldn't answer a question as such, especially after all the .......what word should i use here........ inaccuracies ................that were filed by you and Dawn. i admit, that i wasn't prepared for all of your particular legal practise........but i do believe that the name tag of " veral" was aptly choosen. I will save all the specifics for a website where i have much more lattitude to post the specific documents and such. Kind of like an internet trial.
You can respond at your will and pleasure, I will rebuttal, but on thing is for sure, MS Morgan,
the truth will come out, and Your nieghbours and collegues will be fully aware of you brand of law.
And i will be able to save and guide anyone who has to come up against you in a court of Law.

Anyways Ms morgan, i am here to inform you that the police where at Rainbow Lodge on the 24 th of nov, to attend attack on my oldest son Jared, by the your clients new beau, Gabe Boros. It seems that jared was attacked by Mr Boros over Jared and Dawn having a disagreement over what was to happen at the house. jared had permision to have friends over, and it was revoked by Dawn, because Gabo want to have a nap, quiet time.
So........to make a long story short, my daughter phoned me all upset and sobbing that she wanted to come live with me in Winnipeg, so did my youngest son Justin, It seems that the attack was a little more serious than Dawn lead the police to believe. In fact the great Gabo, was in the midst of packing his truck and getting ready to high tail it out of there, when the police arrived.
Seeing Dawn would not tesify agains t Gabo, infact she told jared that she would not. Kaze was
still sobbing down at her grandmothers over an hour later, and Justin was hiding in his room.
So what i want to know Ms Morgan, who would you believe, Would you believe Dawn?
I mean you filed all the divorce motions? And they where countered. Why did you not persue the motions, because they where ........................inaccuracies? (the polite way of saying things)
So what i want to know Ms. morgan , is how exactly do you sleep at night. Another chunk of money in the bank and all is well? And who is there to represent the innocent?
Rigth now i have to deal with the protecting the kids. I do look forward tohaveing a public debate with you in the near future. In fact, i hope to start it off in the fort frances times letter to the editor.

Police Protection
I had written a nice letter to the Fort Frances Times , Called Police Protection, I lost my copy of it, when I emailed it to the times from my Draft Box, but what I will do is i guess paraphrase the letter, and let it be posted here, for everyone to read. I would like everyone to tell their friends about this page, because this is my last chance for Justice for my kids, and to keep Dawn and Gabo in line, which you will understand if you follow this blog.
So what happened Friday night, nov 24th? Let us see, about 7 30 pm jared, called me on my cell crying and upset, He told me, Gabo, had worked him over, apparently because jared had got upset with his mother, Dawn, yes the one that works at the court house. It seems jared had Plans to have Some friends over, Riley and Matt. Dawn cut short the party, so to speak, and Jared and her where discussing what was going on. It seems that Gabo blew a gasket. Apparanetly he was choking and punching jared, I don't know what exactly happpened, but i do know that about 8.00 pm Justin my youngest call me on my cell phone, and all he wanted to do was move to Winnipeg. I called Kaze at her Grandmothers, and she was sobbing hysterically,
She wanted to move to Winnipeg with me to. This must have been a hell of an incident.
Right after Jared called me, I tried to call the OPP in Fort Frances of course, no answer, and the taped message, dial 911 or the toll free no. , which doesn't work from my base in wpg. so i tried The Rainy River Detachment, no luck there either, Now i phone The kids home, and thier mother answered. Dawn is an amazing woman, on several levels, but the most amazing thing about her is her ability to lie . She tells me that nothing is wrong, of course i am getting ready to flip out, because i have taked to the kids, i know there is something wrong, kaze is sobbing away when she calls, Justin is all shook up. Kaze ran down to her grandmothers house to get away, justin holed up in his bedroom and jared was at his Grandmothers when he called me.
And Dawn has the abilty to bold face straight up and lie about the incident. Nothing happened(did i get it right Dawn) of course, i have to tell Dawn to put the infamous gabo on the phone, he won't get on the phone, because he is out packing his Toyota 4 runner to leave( thats the one with no plates or insurance on it, right gabo? Because you have beeen living in Ontario for the last 2 months ? i am pretty sure that is how it goes. Thats a typical gabo Move. But , I will save it for another blog. mean while, i am stranded and helpless in Winnipeg, can't make a move, it will take me 5 hours to get to off lake. So when i am talking to the OPP, i am more than a little aggitated. i find it more than a little ludicris that the OPP is more concerned about my threats on Gabo, than the safety of my children, but the OPP does finally Attend to Rainbow. And as usual, Dawn lies again, telling The OPP that the boys are drinking and that they got all aggressive towards her and Gabo, Interesting, just how smoked up where you and Gabo Dawn? I would like to know how you can lie to the police about your son? is the Great Gabo worth that much? Come on Dawn, tell the truth Gabo Doesn't want the kids, in fact

Dawn, you were all set to give me the kids, till you found out that I would take the Lodge and that You and Gabo could hit the road. whats the matter, Gabo Doesn't want you with out a dowery? You are with out a doubt , the most morally bankrupt person i know. You want to keep the kids to prove to the area that you are a good mother, when in reality you want the kids because it is money in you pocket. Gabo doesn't work, every one knows that, and when he does work.......(How much did Gabos lawsuit cost your brother?) Ya , I know, you are two loons, mating for life, except one loon need money, with out our kids.
Shame about the kids though, but i digress, i try to stay focused here, but there is so much to tell every one.
So anyways, it seems that you persuaded the OPP that it was the kids fault, How come you didn't let them know about kaze at her Grandmothers? or Justin Hiding out in the bed room. I am still flabergasted that you could hang your own son for your beloved Gabo. Why did you tellJared, that you would not testify against Gabo? You two should be shot with your own balls of shit, you and Gabo.
So now, i have a warrent out for me for uttering threats, interesting...
i phone the opp for assistance to protect my children, and i get a warrent out on me, Simply amazing. Kaze has to hide at her Grandmothers to get away from Gabo and his Fits, justin is hiding in his bedroom, and jared has to leave his Family home. Does anyone else but me see the irony here. And you and Gabo get to spend the night at the kids home. Just Fucking Amazing.
So what to do now, for sure i will extract my pound of flesh. .
. i will also ask everyone in the area to look out for those kids. This is what i will do for a start, and much much more. This posting and others will follow you and Gabo as long as you have the kids. Those kids are your respondsibily, they are not a meal ticket for you to start off a new life, the money i spend on them 1264.oo per month is for the kids, it is called child support, not Dope money, nor feeding Gabo money, Like i said, you are the most morally bankrupt person i know.
Dawn, a person doesn't have to be dead to be killed, i think that i will get some good responses from this and for every heart ache you cost those kids, i will drive a written stake through yours and gabos hearts. By the way justin is failing his math, you wanted custody, so accept the respondsibily for those kids. spend some time with Justin and help him pass!!!
